The presumption of atheism

The presumption of atheism is, at best, a methodological starting point, not an ontological conclusion.

That's quite an important little distinction he makes there.

Yes it is. It's one reason I generally opt for Presuppositionalism over Evidentialism in apologetics. Once you start arguing for the existence of God you've lost the argument because you are starting from the premise that God might not exist, which is a false premise.
